Register your hospital

Register your hospital as a partner — with a contact person (e.g. an international office) who reviews cases sent to you and forwards them to the right doctor at your hospital. You can optionally add doctors right away — up to 50 per registration, more later in the clinic portal.

Work on cases

The contact person sees cases forwarded to your hospital and routes them to your own doctors.

Approval by BGGI

Portal access is activated only after BGGI has reviewed your application. Any doctors you add are approved individually as well.

Your browser asks for permission once. We use your coordinates only to fill in the fields and don't store them. You can still edit everything by hand.

This contact person receives the portal login and forwards cases sent to your hospital to your own doctors — like an international office.

Proof of accreditation

Registration or licence document of your institution (PDF, JPG or PNG). Optional — if it is missing we check ourselves and ask for it if we need to follow up.

Physicians (optional)

Optional: add as many physicians as you like — one row per person with name, department, email address, treatment languages and official physician number. Each person receives an invitation to set their own password, in their own language, after review. Empty rows are skipped.

So that only licensed physicians can register: BGGI verifies the number and your proof with the issuing body (medical chamber, KV, medical council) before access is granted.

Responsibility for medical licensing

Optional. Without this declaration, BGGI does not forward any case to doctors of your hospital who have no login of their own. You can add the declaration later in the clinic portal.
